Where is AgileIO Located?

Our offices are located north-west of Edmonton's downtown. We currently service the greater-Edmonton region.

Remote and cloud services, including licensing and equipment procurement, are offered through our remote service desk and conferencing tools.

What makes AgileIO different from other IT companies?

What if we buy our own equipment?

Migrating to a managed IT environment always involves solutions for legacy equipment. Clients are welcome to provision their own hardware; we are confident that once you understand full lifecycle costing, you'll turn to our experts to procure equipment on your behalf.

Why "Hybrid Cloud" instead of "Cloud Solutions"?

There are too many IT companies selling undefined cloud solutions that confuse business owners. We introduced the term "Hybrid" to recognize the "physical" attributes of workstations and facility infrastructure. "Hybrid" recognizes that most equipment and software is accessed and managed remotely - hence "cloud".

Do we need a server or "VM" machine in the cloud?

Many smaller companies do not need the overhead of a cloud-hosted server if they use collaboration tools like SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive or Google Docs and Google Drive.  Consider a cloud-based server only when SaaS options are not available because of your custom situation. We can explore with your opportunities to deprecate expensive legacy equipment you may not need anymore.
